Are there any up-front costs?
No. Our fundraiser is designed to make you money, so you only pay for the products needed to fill orders. Payment must be made when submitting your order, but you hold onto the profits earned during the event.
What materials does Freeze Dried USA provide?
We will supply you with a photo and video of the product with your branding. We also provide you with order forms and two posters you can use for marketing your fundraiser.
What do we need to provide to get started?
These help us greatly when designing your packaging: A logo, if you have a high-resolution image. Your website and social media pages.
How fast can we get our fundraiser started?
We can generally have your package design, photo, video, posters and order form done in two to three days. If there are a lot of edits to the package design, it may take longer. You can start your fundraiser as soon as you’ve chosen your products and we’ve created your order form.
How are orders taken?
During your fundraiser, you will be responsible for collecting orders and payment from your supporters. Once your fundraiser is complete, you just send the order quantities back to us. We will make the products to fill your orders and ship them back to you.
If you’re local to the Keokuk, Iowa area, we can also make arrangements to avoid waiting for your order to arrive.
How long will it take to get the products once the fundraiser is complete?
For most fundraisers we can produce and package orders within a few days. Large orders will take longer, but we strive for no more than 10 business days. When you send us your order, we can provide you with an estimated time frame.
Do we need to be a non-profit 501(c)(3)?
No. That only matters for tax purposes. Anyone can run a fundraiser.
